If ERHE can't be sold for $10 million, how about $5 million? Just put it up for auction; Chrome or someone will buy it for something more than bankruptcy. But time's-a-wasting-- When I first mentioned this the 60% majority would have probably been able to receive $6 million or about one cent per share. I wonder why, between the BOD, management, and the regulatory authorities, there was no one representing the interests of the majority of the shareholders.
