Quarterly report is due anytime now if the company is to be believed:

Vortex Brands Co. (OTC: VTXB) today provided that the Company will begin uploading its financials on OTC Markets beginning with the quarter ending February 28, 2015.

So far, they haven't given shareholders much to believe in though with all their claims falling by the wayside as time frames and deadlines have come and gone.
