Glad you are doing OK.

Good to hear that real estate is going good for you, since oil markets sure aren't getting the job done.

I see all the analyst predictions, and no one can agree on where we move from here. It looks like it could still be a couple of months before it has a chance to grind higher.

Its getting kinda tedious. LOL...
