Personally speaking I think its very bullish that HHSE management purchased shares well above then-market prices. Just like any other shareholder they'd want to turn profits on their stock purchases, so I'd guess $0.031 is just a baseline indicator for new investors.

Can only imagine how painful it'd be financially for anyone who went short around $0.0070-60 range when HHSE is trading over $0.031.
