That's right. And they couldn't come up with the $8,000 to pay them even while issuing over 3 BILLION shares...

It just shows more clearly how the money from selling shares is being funneled to the debt holders rather than to QASP.

No matter what happens here, buyers of common shares are just giving their money to the debt holders, and will NEVER see a return on their "investment".
