Ok so I see the reason in the Forbes article for the re-apply is simply because the judge recommended it. But to me that still does not answer the question of what was wrong with the first one and why it had to be withdrawn and a new one filed. I have my suspicions but don't recall reading a clear and definitive answer anywhere other than The Judge suggested it - again "But Why?"
