On August 4, 2014, Decision Diagnostic Corporation (the”Company”) was informed by its independent registered public accounting firm, Silberstein Ungar, PLLC (“SU”) that they are resigning as the Company’s independent auditor, as most of their clients were acquired by KLJ & Associates, LLP. As a result, the Companyhas engaged Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P. A. (“Cowan”) as its new independent registered public accounting firm effective August 29, 2014. The decision to accept the resignation of “SU” and to engage “Cowan” was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors.

On May 5, 2014, L.L. Bradford & Company (the “Former Accountant”) was dismissed as the Company’s accountant. The Company has engaged Silberstein Unger, PLLC (“New Accountant”) as its principal accountants effective May 5, 2014. The decision to change accountants was approved by the Company’s board of directors.

On February 11, 2013, the Registrant dismissed Weaver Martin & Samyn, LLC (“WMS”) as the Registrant’s independent auditor. On February 11, 2013, the Registrant engaged L.L. Bradford & Company, as their independent accountants for the year ended December 31, 2012.

Beckstead & Watts....Resigns for the 2nd Time

On January 11, 2011 instaCare Corp. (the “Registrant”) [OTCQB: ISCR] was informed by its independent auditor Beckstead and Watts, LLP (“B&W”) that B&W would not be conducting audits for the period ended December 31, 2010 and therefore would not be standing for re-election as the company’s auditing firm.

On February 20, 2011 the Board of Directors of instaCare Corp. approved the election of the firm Seale and Beers, LLC as the company’s new independent auditors and has engaged Seale and Beers, LLC to conduct audits for the period ended December 31, 2010.
