But I would not be suprised if they were...that is just the nature of the beast down in penny land.

Did you see what happened with PAIV? Somebody messed up big time...they issued a share dividend to JPHC shareholders that was supposed to be restricted, but some of the brokers messed it up, and a whole bunch of trading of restricted shares took place. Messed a lot of things up...now the DTC (depository and trust company) has a lot of work ahead of them to sort that whole mess out. Let's hope there is no miscue like that here with HISC/Act Soft shares.
