Hey Odessa,

Quick accounting question for you. How much tentative tax savings could bodybuilding.com save via an acquisition of MSLP ?

according to this article liberty media is a free cash flow machine .

Because of the high NOL I'm thinking that an acquisition to save $MSLP at this point makes a lot of sense for someone like Liberty Media , they could potentially buy it for pennies on the dollar complete with the apparel deal and manufacturing deal in place.


Any good reason why something like this is not more than just a pipe dream for investors ?
