It will be re-issued under a new name with an ipo of reportedly .50, so they say.

I tell you Lacy, I'm pumping it as hard as I can from this spot. I got it up, long and strong, and it looks real good to me. My plan is to keep pumping until it all comes together with a flow of new and powerful EVIS shares........LMAO!
