connceting dots one can speculate that CNGG is a public path for JW operating and related subs or other way around, i.e., CNGG is aquiring JW's holdings!
considering CNGG dormancy and no recent info (that i can find) on re-capitalization AND the discountinuation of their previous operating businesses the driver would most likely have to be JW -- ASSUMING of course they are even in the mix!
