Nope. Didn't said anything of the such. My DD looks at all the factors, and share structure history is a major part of it, because that is something a company has more control over, and which to gauge their operations. As far as whom the right people are; it's just as important to know whom the wrong people are, and how objective they are, or are not. But I suggest expanding DD beyond one's own personal limitations, preconceptions, and expectations if truly interested in investing in this company.
Can you tell me how many preferred shares there are in this 7 1/2 year old company today? Or why this level continues to be supported this long with sparse news? Answer those questions, and maybe something will spark.
