Of course there will never be audited financials - because FoleysFakeFinancials™ are pure made-up nonsense. They are not even internally consistent.
And "Sales - Media" is not "revenue", it is made up BS that masks the sale of insider shares being sold into the market and the proceeds coming back into the company to buy convertible notes and pay to keep the lights on and the medical insurance paid up. It is not revenue, it is paid-in capital.
The financials are purely nonsense. BIG's alleged $250,000 investment didn't show up in paid-in capital, as it should have.
If an audit was ever to be COMPLETED, DaFoleyFelonFambly™ would have a few members going to prison, not just Davey.
So now NTEK is on their third set of auditors in 3 years, and 5 promises of audits broken. The auditors resign when they ask for documentation proving the claimed revenue numbers and nothing is provided. After enough time passes and getting zip from NTEK, they bail. No use getting tied up in a criminal enterprise when you're really just being kept on retainer as window dressing to sell shares with the claim that "audits are coming - just around the corner".
