look tina i apologize for blowing up. i'm an emotional guy and when i'm attacked i go into self defense mode, especially when i feel passionate about something. you cursed at me and i overreacted. i realize that youve done a lot and thats great. i just want all to understand that while they think theyve done all they can do, more can be done.
