Looks like Jake bought them the same day he was appointed an officer of the company. Lol, maybe he made the purchase earlier in the day, before he became CEO. For the sake of transparency, he should have still filed the Form 3 after he was appointed CEO. It would have been encouraging for shareholders to know that Jake had skin in the game way back in June 9th ,2014. CM
