I doubt that the SEC would approve a RS for this company, and I know, if they attempt to increase the Authorized for the 4th time in 8 Months no one would ever even put a bid in on the stock for eternal life.

I think, they better let go of the share dumpage, and give out some PR supportive IR, seems to be not only the right thing to do, but the only way this stock and this attempt to Export Timber will ever stand a chance of materializing.

Its about making a Revenues deal now, or securing a non toxic money stream (Loan) and getting money from any other thing, than stocks dumps onto the bidders.

Even the attempt to grow HEMP....may end before it ever gets started.

I simply can not Understand why any Business person would have taken the route that AZFL has ..and have ZERO to show for it.
