NASDAQ Elite has already "run the numbers". Nasrat already has an idea of what each opioid is worth. Those numbers he threw out there a couple of years ago were conservative at best. shares outstanding are not much more than they were back when he made that statement.

If each ADT/ART opioid is worth between $4-$5 per share then I highly doubt that Elite will sell itself for cheap.
The ADT/ART opioids will vary so lets even become more conservative. Say $3 per share. Times just 7 opioids about $21 per share. Now add in all of Elites IP and assets such as generics and non generic.

$21 per share. I would take that offer but nothing less.
With 10 more opioids and a plethora of other applications for their two bead technology..... That would be my bottom figure.

Nasrat has the experience to know what the average value of each ADT/ART is. He has been in the business for what? 30 years?

Yeah NASDAQ, it has the chance to be some real fun for us longs.
