and yes April 6... since market is closed tomorrow then April 6th...

mark my post again..he did not say financing by April 6th...
but it could be mentioned in the updated press release.....


they are waiting for favorable terms on financing..as to not dilute shareholders... as much as they woul dhave should the terms of a prior arrangement had been made....
