As far as Largo is concerned, I am guessing that Mark is doing a favor to a large investor there. There might be a plan to bring Largo and Nio into a nice package down the road but Mark's true loyalty is to Elk Creek. He has millions of reasons to make this his priority.

Investors here should look at the big picture going forward and not get too hyped up over the PEA. It will open doors for many more to invest but whether we get a huge bounce in the PPS is another story altogether. I look at it as a means to keep moving forward. The volatility we experienced a few weeks back was not healthy.
