Has anyone contacted IR and expressed their displeasure with the CC? Jim Byers has returned every email/concern I have had in the past. As I posted before...his explanation as to the company keeping quiet (prior to the CC) was at this stage of the merger and new product roll out, the company is reluctant to include dollar figures around contracts or similar details that would indicate pricing, in deference to both customers and competitors.
This company needs a bit more transparency on the many PRs they have released declaring partnerships. They had the perfect opportunity to elaborate on the CC and chose not to. They could have explained why they chose not to. Atos, MSFT, and on and on are already public knowledge. I am not convinced stealth is the reasoning...if that were the case why would we have seen some of the PRs or Tweets. The partnership companies certainly have not PR'ed these events...which almost has me led to believe these events are not as big as some think. As for shorts...I think it is about time we move on from the hopes of a squeeze or the reasoning they are the cause of the SP. Reality is their has not been one PR/CC confirmation of a revenue stream outside of their letter to shareholders. Far from documented proof.
