I don't have an ideal entry, they must prove themselves more before I would even consider entry. If the price keeps collapsing, this just validates my concerns with fundamentals, along with I have seen no one from management purchasing any position on the open market. My speculation on price is based on fundamentals along with technical(s) (technical weighted much more heavily) as the fundamentals are much more questionable. They need revenues and reduced costs. While I can appreciate increased costs in ramping up, they must follow through with some increases in revenues which has yet come to pass. This is the mantra of every penny security.....wait and patience. Will it pay off in this OTC security....only time will tell. What do I think the security is worth? Upper .05 or lower .06s. This is mainly based off the hanging shelf...regardless of the stipulations present in the offering.
