They had to raise money because they have been losing it out the WAZOO!

Read their filings. They value their goodwill at $18 million. Take out their good will and some other questionable numbers and their book value = ZERO.

They have been losing about $1 million per quarter on average.

New money through rights offering is what's keeping their doors open -- for now at least.

They are currently being pumped by an Buzzamacallits.
