time to event trial designs: open questions

Does anyone have examples of any of the following variations of a time to event trial?

1) a trial where the time to event for primary is the time to 2nd event or time to 3rd event (e.g. hospitalizations or seizures).

2) A time to event trial where the 1st few months may be censored to reduce variability. For example, time to hospitalization , where only hospitalizations after passing 1 month of treatment would count towards primary.(any hospitalizations in the 1st month dont count)
