why do one buy this stock ?

it`s only to let the levy gang earn bucks , those who buy , let they sell , in case of 100.000.000 stocks - the levy gang "earns" around 30.000 bucks , but why !!!!. there is no possibility for get something back .
i can`t understand that .
please explain , if one can do .
