Rigs are still being shut down at lower numbers though, it will take a while but there is still going to be a large over supply and inability to store excess oil which should bring oil down yet again. Hero will make a new low and .25 is in the realm of possibilities. I am waiting patiently. The pure plays are commodities right now, the equity market as a whole is looking choppy and toppish.
