december ownership summary showed 80% owned between insiders and institutions. Thursday trades were IMO mostly bogus, shorts, naked shorts by HF to manipulate price down and get hold of the remaining 20%. By Firday morning they got what they could, and now PPS is set for a steep rise which started late morning Friday
