Well from my understanding of it there is no such thing as "par" any more.

The caps were removed and the settlement if there is one would be 75% for Ps and 25% for Us

So if there was only $1333 available
$1000 would go to P's and $333 to U's.

But if there was only $1000 available the Ps would not made whole while commons are out of the money.

The Ps will take a haircut

750 for P's 250 for U's


I am sure someone will correct me if I am remembering wrong but the Ps and Us were all put into the same basket and the settlement (if any) would be split 75/25 with no cap.
