Has anybody figured out who or what ACT Holdings is yet? All I can find is that it is owned by Chris Witherington, who also runs a landscaping business, and a trucking company. I don't see anything about designing, building, project development, etc. or anything remotely close to being capable of running a mineral exploration project. Is it possible the PR issued by USPR could actually be providing false or misleading information? Surely not.....
