I would have to agree with that. Another thing that makes me think it could hit .01 is this:
Stock Charter Group will receive for their services 20,000,000 stock options 10,000,000 exercisable at the price of $0.005 and 10,000,000 at the price of $0.01.

I believe there will be much more coming down the line. Also, summertime is here and I believe oil stocks should be strong during this time. As long as they don't sell too many shares this has a good chance.
