Hamilton Guarantee with Jason Castenir Sold an idea of Atlantic Gulf Oil Holdings to a number of investors. They asked our attorney to put $690k into an escrow account to release the instrument of a $50 Million Dollar deal with several other companies. We were only one of many that were scammed in this deal. Since then, we find out that Hamilton Guarantee who kept our money is really a shell company for a Canadian holding company. That same holding company in Canada has several other businesses spread across the USA. We have notified the FBI but have had no luck. We also attempted two lawsuits but our investors thought it was going to be too expensive and no money at the end. These scams are going on everyday. It's the game of "Find the Pea." Jason Castenir of Kentucky and now resides in Tennessee, started a new company called Maverick Asset Management. His company, Maverick is currently in a name infringement lawsuit with a company who has had that name for over 15 years. What Jason Castienir and his team of scam artists do, is find a company with a great financial and business history track record and takes their name, hoping they will never find out until its too late and the scam is completed. Jason Castenir also placed a false photo of himself on LinkedIn and on the internet to throw off possible new victims. BEWARE! I can supply more information if needed. I hope this will help clear up your concerns. Just recently, Jason Castenir scammed over 1 Million from a gentlemen named Jimmy Winemiller. The Winemiller's called me last week to see if I had any information on Castenir. They found my contact info from the two lawsuits we filed against Jason, Hamilton ans AGO holdings.
