Just what I expected--very constructive comments. Let me ask you one thing. The company has stated that the merger is a better deal than the sell-out. By inference that means in excess of 2.17 per share. Do you really believe that this stock would be selling where it is if this were accurate. Put it another way. Do you really believe that only this bulletin board and others like it are the only ones that know of this deal and can see the pricing discrepancy. Do you really believe that no smart wealthy investors whether individuals or institutions have looked at this and said no thanks. Same for hedge funds. Why don't you try answering these questions civilly if you can. Returns of 500 0r 1000% do not escape sophisticated investors who have more knowledge than anyone on this board. How about the market makers.
