UPDATE - I never said she will rule against reclassification. Just that her case seems to be held back based on the new AG being in place. -------That case has been delayed numerous times. If the new AG hasn't been approved by Apr 15, I fully expect the case decision to be delayed once again. Considering the senate is going on break for two weeks beginning next week, don't expect a vote to the new AG to happen soon or before Apr 15. It's fairly obvious Judge Mueller's decision is deliberately being delayed to correspond to the new AG's approval (which may not happen as the longer it takes to get Lynch approved, the more senators will change their vote not in her favor. there was an article about that today in the huffpo). last post of the day.
