Me too—in general; this is one of the very rare cases where the nutty conspiracy theory may ring true.

Without the data screw-up, Bavituximab probably wouldn’t be in phase-3 now and management would have nothing to talk about except incessant preclinical data, single-arm ISTs, and musings on the hypothesized MoA. Think about it.

Moreover, how would CSM even come up with the legal defense that PPHM ordered them to switch the batches if there weren’t at least a germ of truth there?
