I am in complete agreement with you.....if JF was too address the AS and OS first off as being an issue most shareholders were concerned about....he should have taken the time to consider his words very carefully and act in good conscience and consider the ramifications of his words on shareholder value.....the fact still remains (IMO) that JF sees the shareholders as a means to obtain funds "to grow the company".

JF acted callously and in his actions did not show great concern for the shareholders or for share appreciation.
