The one red flag that stands out in all of this is the message on their voice mail. It starts out saying something to the affect "Thank you for contacting our corporate office" Nowhere in this message does it say WHOs. If this was a professional company it would say "Thank you for calling the corporate office of KSW Industries". Bigger companies usually have automated system directories. But they always great you with the company name.
