I disagree that it adds up. Divergences need to be addressed. Dow,SPX, and COMP made higher highs, but the NDX has not. I believe the NDX needs to make a higher high here, and that wouldl propel us above 1700 COMP.

Inverse H&S target of NDX 1282 is also still in play here.
