They are in business, they are cutting back whatever they can to save cash "to save money it slashed its staff “to essential operating employees”... PLUS former CEO Andrew T. Melton stole money from ThermoEnergy, "then doctored the company’s financial statements to make it appear that the payments were legitimate business expenses."
