IW it really sounds like what many here have been saying is infact correct.
I have stated quite a few times that this very well might be a great company... but this is NOT the time to own it...
Post RS is the time.. untill then GZFX will be selling shares to fund it's growth...
I understand and agree with JF's point about the transfer agent... Look at the numbers this board gets on a daily basis... The TA would have to hire a large answering service just to deal with a third of the daily inquiries...
I also agree with why the AS increase was so significant...
I agree with why they are selling shares.
However all of this combined still adds up to this being a horrible time to own shares in this company.
More share selling is coming.. there will be more shares offered than all of us can buy... therefore the share price will go down.
