Imiloa, good thoughts but when you can't find the CEO, you can't find the company address, when you can't get an e-mail answered, and the phone is never answered, what have you got? Whether it is a scam or a failure is moot point to all of us. The SEC will allow trading as long as people want to do it (I have been told) as long as no one finds grounds to halt it for good to protect the public. Last week I posted about a company that I Know well that has traded for 16 years after it was shut down by the gov't because of an on-going lawsuit. The gov't lost and will now pay up, when they feel like it of course. All through the 16 years, there was never a question about who to contact, who was in charge, or what the stakes were. This little thing is different. I hope it works out, but the odds are zip. I would love to see the scammers nailed, if only we knew their names. Take care!
