No,today or by Monday I think he is just checking to see If It Is legal.This is going to calm all the investors freaking out,i have heard that this whole deal is to be wrapped up first week of OCTOBER,it is very hard to post info on the boards at the moment,they have crucified NOGGIE,I am sure if he comes back on or some of the other people come on they will veryfy this,i personaly don't know NOGGIE,but i found out we have mutual friends.All the info he posts is spot on.
