Mr. William Reed McKay, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. since February 1, 2010. Mr. McKay served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Centire International, Inc. (formerly SunBase Asia Inc.) until May 6, 1999. He is the Founder of Harbin Aerospace Company, LLC and has been its Chief Executive Officer since March 2009. Prior to forming Harbin, he was an aerospace industry consultant involved in aerospace projects in China and other aspects of the industry from 2008 to 2009. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. McKay served as Chief Operating Officer for Acromil Corporation, an aerospace structural component manufacturing company. Prior to Acromil, Mr. McKay served in a variety of senior management roles with Southwest Products Company from 1986 to 2006. He started as General Counsel at Southwest Products in 1986, and was promoted as its Executive Vice President and General Manager in 1987 and Chief Executive Offices in 1991. He has twenty-five years experience in the aerospace/manufacturing industry, holding many senior management positions. As part of the acquisition of Southwest Products Company by Sunbase Asia, Inc., a Hong Kong-based aerospace company, Mr. McKay served as President-Chief Executive Officer of Sunbase Asia. He has been Chairman of Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. since February 1, 2010. Mr. McKay served as a Director of Centire International, Inc. until May 6, 1999. He received a B.A. in History (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) as well as a law degree and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the California State Bar.
