Please help me understand. In an SEC Filing dated 11-18-2014, ELRA said they had 1,335,890,027 Shares outstanding. Then, in January, 2015 they did a 1 for 30 reverse split, which by my calculation would leave 44,529,668 shares. Now the current Market Capitalization is 8905.84, which when divided by the last trade price of .0002, would lead me to believe it is based on 44,529,200 shares. So, that checks out with the last SEC filing. My question is "If there are only 44 .5 Million shares outstanding, how in the heck can there be 122 Million shares for sale at .0002? Help me understand somebody!
