Honeycomb, I wasn't doubting the new CUSIP part but I don't see where it says everyone must cover.. Am I missing something? I can't believe that everyone would have to. If that was the casee, fraud would be rampant with any stock that someone wanted to run up by going long as many shares as you can then announcing an R/S.. It doesn't make any sense. If I'm missing something in that PDF please point the error in my ways
