really mathmanjc I have no alternative motives. Was just wondering why when we get our product into a retail establishment that there has to be a filing? Or that there was a filing in the first place? Only thing I come up with is maybe since we are a small upstart company that such an undertaking is considered a significant event (which it was) and required by the SEC. Makes for good PR though.
