I have a serious early morning question. Why do we have to have filings for such things as the CC deal? If the 3M Company gets an order for Scotch Tape from K-Mart do they issue a filing? If GM opens a new dealership do they file with the SEC? Seem to recall when our friends(?) AdSouth supposedly got their Pamela Anderson spokesperson products into Walgreen's and CVS, did they have a filing or just PRs? Back to CC, when Sony started supplyig them with TVs, or HP with computers, were there filings??
