Yep, Reilly did outstanding job. It seems a little clearer that SYN 004 would be bigger market than I expected based on what he said. $13 billion is no constraint number but I now think $4-6 billion doable in US alone. Fact that hospitals are on hook for all direct medical expenses due to a c diff outbreak in addition to lawsuits is pretty compelling that hospitals will willingly pay. Very cheap insurance that they can hide in other billing (can you say overhead).

Multiple discussions with multiple potential partners who have confidentiality agreements will likely be consumated FH this year. It seems that we have the pick of many financial structures. His positive vibes are good on this because it softens his statement later when he said SYN would need $100 million more to do P3 studies in SYN 004 and SYN 010.
