I started but quit after realizing I was reading a tirade by The Federalist Society addressing the scope of the President’s powers in wartime. Would you waste time on a story written by Al Gore on the subject of tree preservation? I agree the SC's decision can't come soon enough and I hope it's unanimous rather than 5/4.
