If I knew that I wouldn't be responding to your posts. The market is not efficient and I assume some do not like the deal and have sold. Also, there may have been selling related to the dividend as TROX went ex-dividend on Thursday. I think TROX will bottom in the next couple/few weeks --- it may correct along with the general market however from a valuation standpoint TROX is a great long-term buy at current levels.
