What does Strengthen manufacturing capability mean?

My interpretation....

The current ITP facility has manufacturing capacity to produce 1.5 million iPlex vials to support 3000-4000 +/- patients annually. A sales director said in a meeting that his sales team can sell every single iPlex vial that ITP can make. I highly doubted this kind of statement. It did sound too much enthuthiasm to me. So let's "curb his enthuthiasm", say 70% of ITP capacity can be sold to the market. However, the demand for iPlex is high indeed and some doctors are prescribing for off-label use.

To deal with the high demand of iPlex, the company is implementing workforce to increase ITP capacity to support about 5000-7000 patients. Meanwhile, they are working with DowPharma to bring liquid-form iPlex to the market.

I don't know the company's internal goal for "Strengthen manufacturing capability". I hope they do what they say.
