Before you all get too enamored in the joy of this employment growth, remember that the jobs that are now being created are ones going to those that have been receiving benefits like food stamps or SNAP - their wages are barely replacing those benefits. They're not using their new-found wages to spend and boost the economy, they're still just getting by and trying to make ends meet. Until job growth increases for higher paying positions, real wage growth will continue to lag.
